Who we are

What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and graphics are served from our own site. Other services (Google Maps, WhatsApp, your phone or email app) are only contacted if you choose to open those links.
Our online forms are switched on only once this notice is approved. Until then, nothing you type into a form is stored. If you choose to send your details on WhatsApp instead, WhatsApp handles that message under its own terms.
What we collect when you book a tour or contact us
- Your name and phone number, and your email address if you give it.
- Your child’s first name and date of birth, the month you would like them to start and the care option you are interested in.
- How you heard about us, your preferred visit times and anything you choose to tell us in a message.
Your name, phone number, your child’s first name and date of birth, and the start month are needed to arrange a tour and check that we have a place for your child’s age. The other details are optional. If you would rather not give them online, phone or WhatsApp us instead.
We use this information only to arrange your visit, reply to you and, if you apply, to process your child’s application. When a child enrols, the enrolment form collects further information, including health details, and has its own privacy notice.
Your child’s information
POPIA gives children’s information extra protection. We only collect information about your child from you, as their parent or guardian, and with your consent.
Who sees it
Only our principal and the staff who arrange tours and admissions see what you send us. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Our admissions system and its backups are hosted for us by Afrihost in data centres in South Africa. Your information is not stored outside South Africa. Afrihost acts as our operator under a written agreement and must keep it confidential and secure.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and tour requests that do not lead to enrolment: 12 months, then deleted.
- Records of enrolled children: 5 years after the child leaves, then deleted.
- Health and care notes of enrolled children: 1 year after the child leaves, then deleted.
How we protect it
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Admissions records are kept in a system that only authorised staff can open, protected by two-step verification, and every change is recorded. Backups are made every night and stored encrypted. If we ever discover that your information has been accessed without permission, we will tell you and the Information Regulator, as POPIA requires.
Your rights
- Ask whether we hold personal information about you or your child, and ask for a copy.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to how we use it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
To use any of these rights, contact our Information Officer using the details above. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not charge you for correcting or deleting your information.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here with its date. The version and date are shown at the top of this page.
